Opportunity:

The Founder of this Practice, Dr John Gooch is retiring after 40 years of service to Mildura.

Aligned Chiro purchased this practice in February 2023,  and installed a Clinic Director - Dr Finbar to continue to grow the practice along side Dr John.

Dr John has a very deep patient base and strong reputation in the community. He has been consistently adjusting minimum of 150 visits a week.

We require a transformational chiropractor - someone who wants to transform not transact to continue to look after these lifetime patients and continue and build upon the Dr Johns Legacy.

Equipped with a modern fitout with an onsite digital x-ray and insight subluxation station, this practice has been designed and built with no expense spared - it is incredible.

As an associate chiropractor your role is crucial in delivering outstanding clinical care and continuing to maintain and build the wellness patient base.

Mildura is a regional city of Victoria with a population of over 90,000. It is the largest settlement in the Sunraysia region. Mildura is located 475 kilometers north west of Melbourne (Victoria’s state capital city), about half way between Adelaide and Melbourne. Training and development:

Competitive Salary and Compensation – We offer a highly competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000.

4 Day work week - have a long weekend every weekend.

Support: So you can focus on transforming lives and building your patient base our Support team:

• Hire and train your care assistants.
• Take care of IT, HR, Payroll, facility management etc.
• Provide digital new patients and help create a personal brand around you in the community so that people being to know you, like you and trust you before they even meet you.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work solo as well as in a team.
• Willingness to develop and lead a care assistant.
• Coachable, actively wants to learn and consistently improve and grow.
• A sincere desire to improve the community through chiropractic.
• Is goal oriented and highly accountable.

Responsibilities

• Promote the clinic within the community through Health Workshops and networking.
• Lead patients through Initial Intensive Care, Corrective Care and Wellness Care.
• Deliver outstanding clinical care.
• Maintain and build the patient base.
