$100K super inclusive Base Salary + Commission

Opportunity:

Our existing Clinical Director has overflow patients and is looking for an associate chiropractor who wants to get in and support the further growth of the practice by taking providing outstanding care and building connections within the community.

Its a very solid wellness patient base and requires a transformational chiropractor - someone who wants to transform not transact to continue to look after these lifetime patients.

The team consists of a Clinical Director and an office manager.

Equipped with a modern fitout with an onsite digital x-ray, this clinic is currently seeing approximately 250 visits a week.

As associate chiropractor your role is crucial in delivering outstanding clinical care and continuing to maintain and build the wellness patient base.

Goulburn is just under 2 hours west of Sydney along the Hume highway and less than 1 hour from Canberra. It is surrounded by national parks with an abundance of rock climbing, bush walking, mountain biking and 4wd.
 

Training and development:

We have set the benchmark in chiropractic training. Acquire the skills to become so great you could jump out of a plane anywhere, any time and be able to build a successful practice.

Competitive Salary and Compensation – We offer a highly competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000.

4 Day work week - have a long weekend every weekend.

Support: So you can focus on transforming lives and building your patient base our Support team:

• Hire and train your care assistants.
• Take care of IT, HR, Payroll, facility management etc.
• Provide digital new patients and help create a personal brand around you in the community so that people being to know you, like you and trust you before they even meet you.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work solo as well as in a team.
• Willingness to develop and lead a care assistant.
• Coachable, actively wants to learn and consistently improve and grow.
• A sincere desire to improve the community through chiropractic.
• Is goal oriented and highly accountable.

Responsibilities

• Promote the clinic within the community through Health Workshops and networking.
• Lead patients through Initial Intensive Care, Corrective Care and Wellness Care.
• Deliver outstanding clinical care.
• Maintain and build the patient base.
