Responsibilities:
- Create Marketing Materials: Assist in the development of RFQs, RFPs, and other marketing materials tailored for potential clients.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage content for social media, blogs, and newsletters to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Website Content Management: Oversee and update company website content to ensure SEO optimization and reflect new project completions and acquisitions.
- Client Presentations: Design and deliver engaging presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Award Submissions and PR: Prepare and manage submissions for industry awards and coordinate public relations activities.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and other industry functions to strengthen brand presence.
- Photo Session Management: Lead and coordinate photo sessions to document projects from inception to completion.
- Social Media Management: Take full ownership of social media initiatives, from campaign ideation and execution to performance analysis and data reporting.
- Paid Advertisement Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Adapt to Marketing Innovations: Stay abreast of new marketing technologies and channels, adapting strategies to keep the company competitive.
- Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the marketing budget effectively across campaigns and initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
- Enhance Brand Loyalty: Implement targeted strategies to build long-term customer relationships and strengthen brand trust.
- Team Leadership: Interview, hire, and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance marketing team.
- Agency Coordination: Liaise with external partners, such as PR agencies, advertising firms, and freelance talent to amplify marketing efforts.
- CRM Management: Report and manage all projects using the company’s CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
- Branded Merchandise Procurement: Handle the sourcing and distribution of branded merchandise and promotional swag.
- Event Leadership: Take initiative in organizing and leading company events, demonstrating an outgoing and social presence.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure uniformity and consistency across all company communications and marketing collateral.
- General Duties: Perform additional marketing and related tasks as assigned to support departmental goals.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing with a background in Graphic Design.
- PR and Communication Skills: Prior experience in public relations is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design capabilities.
- Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines
- Comprehensive Marketing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of marketing principles, production processes, website management, and multimedia design.
- Commitment to Growth: A drive for personal and professional development, demonstrating a passion for continuous learning.
- Dynamic and Energetic: Ability to thrive in a vibrant, friendly, and collaborative work environment.
