Job Description

We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Technical Support Engineer with solid QA skills to join our global team. This role is primarily technical customer support, with a secondary focus on software testing to help validate issues and ensure quality.

Location: Nepal (Fully Remote)

What you’ll do - Support 

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Communicate with customers via email and video meetings (Zoom/Google Meet): triage, live troubleshoot, run product walkthroughs, and follow up with clear summaries and action items
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve product issues; reproduce problems and identify workarounds
  • Own the end-to-end validation of field issues, from intake to verified fix
  • Document issues, resolutions, and best practices; contribute to the knowledge base
  • Prioritize and escalate complex cases to Engineering with clear, actionable reports

What you’ll do - QA 

  • Write and execute test plans/test cases for new and existing features
  • Run regression and smoke tests to verify fixes and releases
  • Log high-quality bug reports and track them to closure
  • Help refine testing processes and maintain test suites

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years in technical/product support (SaaS preferred)

1–3 years in QA or software testing

Experience writing/executing test plans and documenting reproducible steps

Scripting or tooling familiarity (e.g., SQL, APIs, Postman; Bash/Python a plus)

Excellent English communication—clear, concise, and customer-friendly

Self-starter who thrives in a remote, collaborative environment
