Requirements:

  • Advanced spoken and written English, reaching at least C1 level.
  • Proven experience in previous customer support roles, demonstrating your ability to handle a wide array of customer inquiries, upselling, cross-selling and retention.
  • Remote working expertise and familiarity with soft telephone and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Gorgias, Five9, Kustomer). Experience in e-commerce platforms is a plus! (Amazon, Freshdesk, Shopify).
  • Quiet, professional workspace.
  • Updated laptop/desktop (Windows 10+), USB headset, reliable Ethernet connection (at least 20mbps upload, 40mbps download), LAN cable.
  • Active Wise account for payment.
