Position Summary: 

As a Regional Fulfillment Specialist, you will execute the operational strategies set by the Regional Fulfillment Manager to ensure seamless delivery of our tours. This hands-on role involves managing resources, monitoring inventory, and resolving operational challenges in your region. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Fulfillment Manager and other teams to action plans, meet performance targets, and maintain exceptional standards in tour fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Actioning Strategies:
  • Implement and operationalize the strategies and plans developed by the Regional Fulfillment Manager.
  • Execute purchasing plans and resource allocation to meet demand and optimize tour performance.
• Inventory and Resource Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with forecasts and tour requirements.
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources to maintain smooth operations and prevent disruptions.
  • Adjust operational plans dynamically based on changes in demand or unforeseen challenges.
• Operational Oversight:
  • Ensure all tours within your assigned markets are adequately resourced and executed to meet company standards.
  • Use performance tools to track key metrics and identify opportunities to refine processes and minimize waste.
• Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
  • Take proactive steps to address operational challenges, escalating complex issues to the Regional Fulfillment Manager when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Emergencies & Disruptions team to manage pre-tour disruptions effectively.
• Communication and Operational Feedback:
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with the Regional Fulfillment Manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on operational progress, highlight challenges, and suggest actionable improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Share insights and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to refining fulfillment strategies.

Qualifications:
 

• Prior experience in an operational or fulfillment role, preferably in the tours and activities industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
• Comfort with data-driven tools and processes to optimize fulfillment operations.
• Fluency in at least one of these languages: Spanish, French, Italian
