Health Plan Analyst - Student Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Health Plan Analyst in a student position. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the dynamic field of healthcare and health insurance. As a Health Plan Analyst, you will contribute to the success of our organization by supporting various functions related to health plan management and analysis.

Health Plan Analyst responsibilities:

• Compiling, organizing and analyzing health plan data to assist in delivering essential health plan information to users
• Performing data validation to ensure accuracy and clarity for the data model
• Analyzing, and identifying trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making processes.
• Utilizing different data sources for analysis and converting that data into insightful, easy to understand information.
• Developing various reports, presentations and summarizing key findings from data analysis and communicating them to the management team.
• Assist in evaluating the performance and effectiveness of existing health plans. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency 

We are looking for the following:

• Students (from all disciplines) with a minimum year and a half remaining until completion of their degree. 
• Availability of up to 50 hours monthly
• Availability of working both during Israel & US working hours 
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
