As a Regional Sales Executive, you will generate direct revenue and be a critical contributor to the B2B Sales Organization and the company’s overall success.

 

You will focus specifically on our Mid-Market and brokers channel sales portfolio. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to identify target customers and move them through the sales funnel from prospect to ‘won’. This includes generating interest, discovering needs and pain points, conducting product demos, negotiating, and closing deals.

 

You will report to the VP of Sales and work closely with the Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product teams to continuously test, measure, learn, and innovate. We want to be the best at what we do, and we want you to help us achieve that goal!

 

About The Role

  • The Regional Sales Executive position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
  • You will be responsible for prospecting business primarily through the broker channel and directly in your territory. Strong candidates will have gone to market through the broker channel in prior roles and possess relationships with brokers they can utilize to expedite Healthee's success in your territory. 
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Healthee’s solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value of Healthee solution
  • Act as an escalation point of contact for relationship and commercial issues

Your Experience & Skills

  • 4-5  years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company; experience in the healthcare and HR tech space preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Track record of success and overachievement
  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach
  • Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Collaborative, high-energy teammate
  • Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience

Salary:

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $110 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive commissions and equity based on the Company’s plans and in accordance with the Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
