Job Description
We’re looking for a high-performing, strategic, and results-driven Partnerships Manager to spearhead our Benefits Administration and HCM channel relationships. This role is a game-changer for Healthee, driving direct revenue growth and shaping the future of our partnerships.
If you have a proven track record of selling into Ben Admin and HCM platforms, established relationships within the industry, and the ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals to close, we want to talk to you.
As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and relationship-building to deal negotiation and execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine our partnership strategies and maximize revenue potential.
This role reports to the AVP, Partnerships and offers a unique opportunity to influence strategy, accelerate growth, and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Own the full sales cycle—from identifying and engaging key stakeholders to negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
Leverage your industry expertise and relationships to establish and expand Healthee’s presence within Ben Admin, HCM, and adjacent ecosystems.
Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan, driving measurable revenue growth and ensuring long-term collaboration.
Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and refine our value proposition.
Lead high-impact partnership discussions, including needs analysis, product demonstrations, and deal structuring.
Clearly articulate Healthee’s value proposition, demonstrating ROI and aligning our solutions with partner goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, proactively addressing challenges and optimizing collaboration.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance partner engagement, streamline processes, and drive efficiency.
7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within a SaaS company—with a strong focus on selling into Benefits Administration and HCM platforms.
Deep industry knowledge and established relationships with decision-makers in the Ben Admin and HCM space, giving you immediate credibility and access.
A track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Strategic, consultative sales approach, with the ability to position solutions in a way that resonates with partner needs and objectives.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills—you know how to close deals and cultivate long-term partnerships.
A self-starter mindset—you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and take ownership of your success.
A collaborative, results-driven attitude with a passion for creating win-win partnerships.
Experience in healthcare and HR tech is highly preferred.
Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $165-200.
Subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive commissions and equity based on the Company’s plans and in accordance with the Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
