About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing Content Team. This role is ideal for a strategic writer and content marketer who knows how to develop and execute content across the marketing funnel.

You’ll focus on crafting compelling email campaigns, creating high-converting sales enablement assets, and building customer story marketing content. You’ll collaborate closely with our Design, Client Success, and Sales teams to translate healthcare concepts into clear, accessible, and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute segmented top-of-funnel email marketing campaigns, including thought leadership newsletters, nurture drips, and lifecycle communications
• Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to produce dynamic sales enablement materials like one-pagers, pitch decks, and product videos that move prospects through the funnel
• Track and optimize organic content marketing performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards
• Support all additional core Content Team channels, including social, webinar, blog, and paid campaigns

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, or communications — ideally in B2B, health tech, or SaaS
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics (like healthcare and AI) and craft persuasive narratives with minimal grammatical revisions
• Familiarity with Figma, HubSpot, Notion, or similar content creation and management tools
• Proven project and task management skills for content marketing channels

What Sets You Apart

• Experience working in the healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits space with accompanying subject matter expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience filming, editing, and syndicating webinar and video content across social media platforms
• Producing creative and audience-targeted campaign copy
• Graphic design skillset to create new content assets
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns in HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, A/B testing, reporting)
• Portfolio or writing samples that demonstrate your short- and long-form content writing abilities, email marketing creativity, and paid campaign work

Salary:

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $80k-$85k base salary, commensurate with experience, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
