Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare meat for sale by removing bones, trimming fat, and cutting, mincing, and grinding meat to required sizes.
• Marinate, season, and cure specialty cuts and crumbed meat products.
• Operate equipment such as meat processing machines for grinding, mixing, and tenderizing.
• Advise customers on meat cuts and suitable preparations.
• Maintain hygiene standards, ensuring safe handling and storage of meat.
• Contribute to stock control and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Relevant industry qualification (e.g., AQF Certificate III) or a minimum of 3 years of professional butchery experience.
• Strong knowledge of meat preparation, processing, and quality control.
